Do you feel overwhelmed? Need help to manage stress? If so, here are some ways that helped improve my stress.
1) Provide breathing exercises a try. First, put some relaxing music. Then, sitting in a comfortable chair or lay on a couch. Close your eyes. Flapping Arms and legs to prevent sticking. Relax. Breathe through your nose, hold for a second, then exhale slowly through your mouth. That tensions disappear from your muscles. Focus on your breathing, not your problems. To do this, at least ten times. If you have any health problems consult your doctor before doing this breathing exercise.
2) Go for a walk alone and breathing exercises (same as above, but with eyes open) to calm down.
3) If you are able and healthy try hiking relief of stress. Take need to run, "boxing, tennis, dance, racquetball, aerobics, etc. If I feel very stressed, fast movements should focus on physical assistance.
4) Take the tai chi or yoga. If you've tried yoga before and did not like, I've been there. I do not like slow with positions strange yoga that are difficult to ease. But there are different types of yoga. I found a yoga class that I like. This is more of a normal girl running exercise class breathing. If you have a medical condition you should talk to your doctor before returning to a sport or physical activity to do so.
5) If you are limited in mobility to the extent of sport and do not want to try yoga or tai chi, have a hobby. Knitting, playing flute, so plant flowers or even washing the dishes can help. The aim is to change the ideas that stress the problem and focus on something else.
6) See funny movies that make you laugh. Or read a fun book.
7) Get a massage to relax muscles. Make sure you get a massage that stretch the neck or worse again. Get a recommendation.
Take a relaxing bath. I do deep breathing in the bathroom to combat stress.
9) Try to see. Before going to bed or during a time of quiet sitting with eyes closed. Picture yourself in a beautiful place, like a quiet beach. Smile. Feel your everyday stresses. If not, imagine that you have fun. Having a picnic. Throw a ball for your dog. Give your mind a break from thinking about problems.
10) Try meditation. You can get a book on the subject or take a class. Depending on where you live could be a variety of courses offered. If you've tried meditation and evil, you are not alone. My mind is trying to be even. I think about how my clothes, which makes me think of how my stinky dog needs a good wash, which leads me to think how I have to buy their food dog, etc. That's why I put 10 ways to help with stress and not just one.
