
How I can get the same amount of aerobic exercise of walking as I do my current 20 minutes of jogging every day?
I 'M 54 and a woman jogging 20 minutes a day and he helped me with so many problems (such as incontinence). And that's a good workout for my heart in such a short time. It seems to get more out of it a long walk the long term. But …. chiropractor just told me my diagnosis mild to moderate osetopenia I have to go fast and not stress my back and off balance. I'm sorry because I have time I just put in my morning jogging 20 minutes, 60 minutes seems to exercise in a small amount of time. I have not just 60 minutes a day for exercise. I hope someone can tell me how to walk a short period of time to be healthy. I have decided to do something of a more arm weight exercises for my heart in motion without running. Thanks.
